The array facility provides different levels of service to users depending on their needs. Most commonly, users provide the facility with high quality
mRNA (or total RNA) and all cDNA synthesis and cRNA labelling reactions are performed by the core facility. Alternatively, some users opt to label the cRNA,
and the core facility is only involved in hybridizing the sample to the arrays. Washing, staining, and scanning the arrays, as well as assistance with preliminary
data analysis are provided to all users.
We operate on a cost-recovery basis, and strive to keep our prices as competitive as possible.
